Vacuum oil quenching furnace has strong quenching ability and wider application range. It can be applied to vacuum processing of various materials. Vacuum quenching furnace is mainly used for bright quenching and annealing of alloy steel, tool steel, die steel, high speed steel, bearing steel, spring steel, stainless steel and other products. It is mainly divided into two chamber furnace and three chamber furnace.

The double chamber furnace consists of a heating chamber and a cooling chamber; Three chamber furnaces are equipped with additional preparation chambers for more continuous production and increased production capacity. Its characteristics are: in the case of conventional furnace type and the same power, the oil quenching furnace is widely applicable; Compared with standard furnaces, oil quenching furnaces have lower production costs. Quenching oil has little pollution in use and can be reused for a long time. During the whole working period, the furnace body is always in the state of negative pressure, high safety; When quenching, the cooling rate is faster, which can improve production capacity.

Working features: generally using the furnace hopper car automatic operation, furnace hopper car has strict limit requirements. The workpiece is transferred between the heating chamber and the cooling chamber by the hopper car in the furnace to complete the heat treatment process. The general fan is to precool the workpiece before quenching and reduce the role of quenching oil level. Generally, 3-5 seconds of pre-cooling is required before quenching. Before and during quenching, the oil should be stirred to quench the gas in the oil and reduce the oil temperature. Special vacuum quenching oil must be selected for quenching oil.
