Before the workpiece enters the tempering furnace, electrify the distribution box, drive out the trolley, check whether the instrument is normal (setting the temperature value), and whether the fan motor and heater are in good condition. When loading, it is required to place evenly and not tilt. Without the power supply in the furnace, the height should be 100 mm after entering the furnace. When the car returns to the furnace, walk slowly to check whether the car runs smoothly and whether the power cord is blocked by the suspension chain. After entering the furnace, close the door, start the fan motor with temperature rise, adjust the temperature and correct the temperature with a thermometer.
After tempering the material, first turn off the heating switch, then turn off the fan motor, and then open the door, out of the car. At the end of loading and unloading products in the furnace, check whether the thermocouple can be inserted into the tempering furnace (thermocouple is the data value of temperature measurement), pay attention not to touch the thermocouple (workpiece is not allowed to contact the thermocouple). When the tempering furnace is in operation, the personnel on duty must check the tempering furnace instrument temperature every hour. When a fault occurs in the circuit or causes a fire, turn off the switch to extinguish the fire. When the furnace is on fire, immediately open the furnace door, drive out of the car, close the switch to extinguish the fire. When there is a problem with the electrical system, it should be repaired by an electrician. Non-electricians are forbidden to repair by themselves. Tempering furnace is a periodic tempering furnace, which is used to stop tempering ordinary metal parts after quenching, quenching, annealing and aging heat treatment of aluminum alloy die-casting parts, piston, aluminum plate and other light alloy parts.
